guys I HAVE to give you 5 starts firstly because of the helpful service from the staff in helping me locate an affordable room with an ocean facing balcony and second, because I cannot fault the room what so ever. the room is very spacious clean and tidy with a very clean smell and just overall amazing. thanks guys for an excellent stay!

We really enjoy our stay. Is a nice hotel in the middle of Newcastle, you can reach easily the beaches, the fort Ecc... Beds are very comfortable finally!

We stayed here recently and were happy with our experience.

As we were only staying one night & leaving first thing the next day we wanted something pretty simple and reasonably priced and after calling a few places this was the best deal for a small family room.

The linen was clean, the room tidy, and the access (including free parking) was good. The lift is old but worked fine. The service was friendly.

It's a great location very close to the main beach and the Ocean Baths which has an awesome open paddling pool for the kids.

Lots of bugs outside the front door to the building, got stuck in the lift (which is an old fashioned lift that requires the door to be manually opened), cans of soft drink in the mini bar were expires (some by 3 months!) and were dirty - some sort of weird white goo on the bottom and residue of coke or pepsi on the top. Bathroom was very stained and dirty, foxtel channels did not work, air conditioner turned on and off but was unable to ba adjusted so you either froze or boiled. Free internet use was good, location is good as it is right near the beach,.
