Internet doesn't work any longer when I enter in my room. Badly done floor. 'Bathroom' too small but works. I would say rather 3 then 4 stars hotel. Clean and good bed.

Would stay here again. Very convenient location near to the train station, tram stops right outside, and less than 10 mins walk from the city centre and lots of bars and restaurants. The local area is not that nice but there are lots of little shops, takeaways, etc. Breakfast was decent but quite expensive. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was fine and included tea/coffee making facilities, which was useful since there is no food or drink served in the hotel.

Not cheap but my brother and his wife and kids stayed here and seemed happy enough with it.

A nice functional hotel in the centre of Graz. Located not too far from most of the interesting places, but near a tram stop so nothing is too far away.
