The hotel is first class and the rooms top quality. The location is superb within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The front reception woman was extremely nice and helpful. If this were the end of my review, it would be 5 stars. BUT the parking situation is outrageous. PARKING IS NOT IN THE HOTEL. It is at another hotel over 200 metres away. If you have a large SUV you may not fit through the door to the parking. If you have a lot of luggage, it is a nightmare. None of this is warned about on the website. Best Western should be ashamed of not warning guests about the terrible parking situation.

Excellent service, warm welcome, beautiful room, great location. It's not the cheapest place to stay in Angers, but you get what you pay for.

The room, the staff, the location, the restaurant, the bistro, the breakfast with homemade pastrys. Fantastic. Would recommend without hesitation. We're going back as soon as possible. Angers the town is also a hidden diamond.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and always received excellent service. Staff are welcoming and friendly, great breakfast and beautiful, comfortable rooms. We will be back to our home in Angers very soon.
