Horrible girl in the reception, arrogant and bad education. Never try again with sixt. I went to enterprise and no problem, better attention.
Mujer muy desagradable en la recepción, muy mal educada y con muy pocas ganas de trabajar. Solo ponía pegas para alquilar el coche. Tuvimos que marcharnos a otra conpañia de alquiler donde todo fue fenomenal. Muy mala experiencia con sixt y su empleada.

Hatte 2 Wochen vor dem benötigten Termin einen Sprinter Iveco oder vergleichbar reserviert. Eigentlich genug Zeit. Als ich am Samstag den Wagen abholen wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass kein Auto dieser Klasse verfügbar sei und ich heruntergestuft werde. Kostet dann auch 4 Euro weniger!! Da ich den Wagen brauchte, habe ich ihn genommen.
Als ich dann losfahren wollte, kam die Meldung, dass AdBlue Nachgefüllt werden muss. Im 10 km Takt hat das Auto dann gepiepst und hat eine Fehlermeldung gebracht.
Hier miete ich den nächsten Wagen nicht.

Booked a luxury vehicle via a legitimate 3rd party business. When I arrived to pick up the car, they downgraded me to a lesser vehicle because my (renewed) license was not more than 2 years old. I said it was ok as long as they discounted the vehicle as it was not what I paid for nor was the policy included anywhere in my booking. After I returned the car, they refused to refund me the discounted amount.

Good place to rent cars, regardless of where your driver license is from. Friendly people at the counter and generally good prices. No Telefone number tho, so it must be done all on site

Sometimes they have very fancy cars
The rental Agents are doing a pretty good job
