Very good and clean basic hotel. Limited. It good breakfast. Bar is open 24/7.

Stayed in West Munich Motel One. Have stayed in others and rooms are near mirror copies... A smidge small but for what we need the size is good. Biggest note is the location. Its well away from any highlights so unless you like long city walks be prepared to get a day pass for transit. There is an s-bhan station a few minutes away so for us this worked fine.

As usual Motel One was a great place to stay. It is reachable from Munich main station within 10 minutes by public transport. Very quiet rooms and with all comfort you need. Breakfast also was as good as every other Motel One!
