I went here for my birthday party after having eaten there before and finding it quite nice. I booked weeks in advance- a table of 13. We got there, and were promptly ignored by ALL STAFF. When we asked for basic things like wine glasses or water, the waiter rolled his eyes. When we finally received our food, my boyfriend's pizza came out with literal luncheon meat rolled up and plonked on top cold. The food was horrendous, which I didn't understand as the time before it was great. Nobody came to check on my group throughout the dinner, and when we asked for a dessert menu (note: asked- nobody once came up and asked if we wanted anything) our waiter rolled his eyes AGAIN and told my boyfriend "we're closing now"- it was before 8.30 on as Saturday, and they had LITERALLY JUST SEATED ANOTHER TWO TABLES!!!! So appalled by the service- clearly the manager or owner was not on that night because the treatment of a large group- who would have spent a lot of money- was disgraceful. So, to the manager: thanks to your staff, I won't ever be back, and we went to spend our money elsewhere that night.

Traditional pasta's, wishing they were abit more generous with portions. Pizza's were terrible, very dense and dry.

Not a lot of atmosphere, music could have been louder and have a bit more impact. The one staff member seemingly working front of house came off as a bit green with her timing and her approach to customers. Food wasn't as classically Italian as I would have liked, it lacked a lot of the punch you'd get from Italian food generally- granted I did only order lasagne. Really well priced though, and awesome location and decor.
So, it's okay, and if I went back I'd expect it to be a little better based on other reviews =)
