They don’t cover you for travel if it’s a business trip and the company buys your ticket! Pretty furious. The claim was pretty small too!

I made a claim at March for the storm weather water came in. And I have been emailed and phoned ,and they came in checked the house already. But still hasn't sorted out. Very bad service, each time different person give you a different opinions,No one do a job for you.they mostly just want get your insurance money from you.will change a company after.
The service is very bad took me many hours phone calls and explaining the situation and arguments ,worse experience I never had.

they are sneaky, when you select $0 excess , they have put another $250 in the policy document with a different name. Will never buy from tower again.

Very poor when it comes to claims. I made a minor claim and heard nothing for several months.
As a result I cancelled the policy and went to a more customer focused provider. Tower can't seem to take no for an answer and have continued to deduct premium payments even after being contacted several times for a cancellation and credit.

They're very quick to take payments but when it comes to claims or refunds for premium payments they'll reject or stall refunds.

My recommendation is to go elsewhere for insurance.

the slowest insurances company to deal with. today I gave them a call spoke to David. was on hold for almost 1 hour when I asked him to repeat himself as I missed what he said ..he asks me ' do you want help or not?' rudely .. what the hell!! I called to get help not to be put on hold. than along the conversation he tells me 'this is what happens when you don't have insurances '? is this how Tower provides Customer services? this enquiry is still going on and this claim took place early April. I have to keep calling and to following up instead of them keeping us up to date. hopeless insurances . Not recommended
