I stayed here four times already and the only annoying thing is the separate pay for the parking. The rooms and bathrooms are large, the cleaning crew is making a great job, nice big swimming pool, breakfast is good (including a few traditional items), having 2 restaurants you should find what you like (we preffered the outside one with more traditional items in the menu - tuica Bran is a must try). The location right across the zoo and near Astra museum is a plus, especially if you are with kids.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Services were quick to assist with everything and anything to help the guests. Draw back, the bed sheets were not really soft. Also the couch in my suit was broken which was a little disconcerting. Other than that the stay was good.

Room large and clean with well appointed bathroom. Minibar expensive, as is to be expected. The hotel was quiet when we stayed. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good. Service was typical for Romania. Paid parking a surprise.

We stayed here 1 night. The bed was good, the room was clean BUT in the bathroom there was no sign that it was "disinfected" like we saw in many other hotels AND the toilet seat had an annoying and loud squeak. The Spa was OK. But at the breakfast buffet in the morning i HAD A BUG in my coffee... and i already drank some parts of the bug because it was in little bits and pieces and i didn't notice it until i saw a little leg floating around... Yes! I'm sure it was a bug and their reaction was: "we are very sorry; can we get you another coffee? and: we will talk with our manager" and i saw them checking the coffee machine, but still... for me it wasn't enough and it ruined my breakfast for sure.
