Vero Pilates

Vero pilates is a place with two wonderful trainers, who are not only amazing people, but they are extremely professional and know what they are talking about. I have seen changes in my body that I never had before with other exercise, I love my classes, and as time goes by the exercises get more exciting, funky and incredible. I would advise everyone to try it out.
