The food was ok, but the service doesn't deserve 5 stars. The Santa Lucia on Paradeplatz has much better service and atmosphere.

Calzone is good, apparently the pizza, but not the lasagne

The Santa Lucia is an average Italian restaurant. It is rather dark on the inside, but not unfriendly. You can sit outside which is rather nice, but there is a lot of traffic noise, especially during peak times.
Service was fine, food was good and the portions were good as well. Unfortunately, I have to assume that the salad sauce is packaged, and not freshly made. Thus, other ingredients may be similar.

Good pizza and spacious for big group of people. But, service could be improved in general.

Best pasta (Napoli) in Zurich. Very good service and friendly people.
