If I could give zero I would. The singular most aweful surgery I have ever attended. The receptionist, her name starts with K, is very rude, sarcastic and antagonising. She would do well to attend a customer service course and to read up on the word empathy. Unfortunately I am not the only one with experience of this aweful woman who would have been dismissed from any private company with her attitude but gets away with it here. The doctor, surname starts with R, has a tendency to talk a lot but doesn't want to listen. Not just to his patients but also his fellow NHS staff from hospitals, resulting in delays for treatment. It is a shame the surgery downstairs was shut down as they were much better. I am so pleased I have changed doctors and will never have anything to do with this travesty of a surgery. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst doctor I have ever visit they don't do nothing if u want appointment they will say we have non appotments left! My baby 8 month have rush about 4 months I'm using sudocrem it doesn't help she has it now on her back keep calling this doctor and still nothing it's parntly normal! And she still didn't get check! Worst doctor!!!
