I do not belong to these any more. Not helpful and felt I was causing them real issues just because I wanted to see my doctor once a year.
Never felt valued and or liked/wanted only saving grace for them at the time was dr mottershead but one person can not make up for the rudeness from the receptionists. They need to learn manners and become considerate of others feelings they deal with customers so need to understand customer service.
If they were not like that I would have still been with dr mottershead as he was always helpful and polite.

Worst doctors surgery Iv ever known. The doctors are rude and not helpful. They always mess up repeat prescriptions and I'm constantly chasing them up. They also forgot and don't call me for the telephone consultations

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but getting a appointment with the doc you'll have to wait a while, they need 2 more doctors and problem solved.

No use if you are elderly. They refuse to come out to you.
