Absolutely lovely stay here. It's a good location as very central. The service was fabulous from a real wooden cot for our baby to a huge bed and lovely room. Highly recommend.

Hotel is lovely, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast, however was disappointing. The food was average and we seemed to have ruined our waitress's day by turning up!

Have stayed at this hotel several times now, was in Glasgow for a concert this time. Great location as its right in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and very clean with complimentary toiletries, robes and snacks in a fridge. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The girl on reception(cant remember name but had long wavy brown hair) was very bubbly, always smiling and took a lot if interest in what our visit was for and even remembered the following day on checkout that we were at a concert and asked how it went. We were very impressed with her service. We had breakfast in the hotel and it's probably one of the better breakfasts I've had in hotels with a large choice available. The prom and haggis sausage was a favourite.
