Such a wonderful place for pets in need. Always give them as much cash as i can. They need all the funds they can get.

I'm sorry but I need to say : my dog did not receive good treatment. On the first instance was agreed that he suppose to get blood test and scan but seems changed mind because we have signed contract with them and we don't have to pay any more for the treatment ( and I'm not if it was the issue ).
Our dog, Jake just only received steroids to reduce his pain and increased eating habit. There was not involve diagnostic tool but it was based by the symptoms, so we still was not one hundred percent sure if he has tumors or whatever can be!
In general, if we would paid for the treatment we would get much better care for our dog, Jake. He passed away on 1st September 2017.
We will always love you Jake ! I hope you are well, whatever did you go !
I still feel you that you are in our couch and you are around us!
You were a great dog as family member! So smart ! R.I.P.

Moreover , especially thanks for the vet support for last stage of Jake life.
Thank you.

Poor treatment for my dog. Jake has a cancer ?! Probably , maybe after the vet touching him said he can have .... there was lot of promises to go for scan and take blood for testing but then after was nothing to do! Just only steroids!
It was on the reception when they asked if I would to put him in sleep ?
How they can make assumption if someone has a cancer without even taken a blood or scan test etc. Unbelievable !
I'm not sure if the receptionist should asked as if we can put Jake in sleep ? Is not should be between the vet and owner?
