Game area was very nice with good games. Bowling area is huge. Plenty to do and eat here. Loads of fun for the family or group;

Visited last night with a group of friends. It was a Saturday night and understandably very busy. Unfortunately there were a couple of staff members that were very rude, when we asked for shoes after waiting at the desk for 10 minutes, we were greeted with a loud sigh and a roll of the eyes, then "yes what's your size".... no thank you or general customer service. Also, the toilets didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a month and they need more staff collecting glasses as the lanes were full of them. Generally ok but you expect more when you pay 20 quid per person.

Unfortunately I am no longer able to go ten pin bowling but I still like to go and watch , sit in the bar and have a meal and a drink . Then spend a few pounds in the arcade.The place was fairly busy but plenty of room to move around.
As a wheelchair user I generally check out the facilities that I need to use. There is disabled parking outside the door and plenty of car parking spaces. The main door is w/chair accessible and all the premises are on one floor. However by way of construction the bar area and viewing platform are in a raised area with nice wide curving ramp. Disabled toilets were wonderfully clean and large enough to turn into complete with chair. The baby changer was also in there(gggrrrr) but was folded away. Fairly noisy but vibrant place .

Good games, but skill level on them is setup on nightmare! No idea what's the point of it as people play on them less. They use same power played or not played so? I won't be coin up something what don't let me win at least 1 level on 1 credit as always was on arcades. There are mostly kids so they don't have my skills so there is no pleasure for them to play in such difficult games. Great games but setup to rip off... but not on rip off as was in a past. Vendor could earn £5 instead of £1 but looks like he doesn't want to so whatever.

Bowling is pretty good. Centre balls are good quality and plentiful so it's normally easy to find the right size and grip. Lanes are well kept. Just wish they wouldn't turn off the lights for "Disco Bowling" every so often. Can't see where to aim properly!
The arcade is an extremely effective means of extracting copious amounts of money out of small children, especially now they force you to walk through it to get in and out of the centre. Don't let your 4 year old in the 3D Zombie Apocalypse machine though. Didn't end well.
Service varies from satisfactory to slow. Pretty friendly most of the time. Food is pretty dismal and honestly who (without their own bowling ball) wants to eat finger food whilst bowling using a bowling ball that's had hundreds of people's grubby fingers in it?! Wait until you've finished bowling and then go and eat at Viva Cuba, Frankie and Bennies, Five Guys or Mod Pizza. Don't forget to wash your hands!
