I was up in Leeds for work and met up with a friend who chose this place for dinner. Nice atmosphere and staff. The food was good and well priced for the portion size. Only negative was that they had run out of a couple of ingredients, prawns for the food and a spirit that was needed for a cocktail my friend wanted.

I just had 1 pint of a real ale. A good pint and with CAMRA discount card, a reasonable price. I will go again. P

Much improved over the last year or so. Nice atmosphere - good age range of clientele. Drinks reasonably priced, although I'm still not I'd like to eat there.

Great place, friendly and family atmosphere. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Good portion sizing too

Plates optional. One of those places. Normally ember inns are fine.... This is sub fine. Fridays evenings after 9 are somewhat.... Earthy. Not for people of a delicate disposition
