So disappointed with Grosvenor casino's
I was in the process of organising a party of 20 for Christmas but now they have lost a customer for life all because of their parking policy. If they can train teenagers at McDonald's to say have a nice day to every customer surely they could train the casino receptionists to mention to each customer that if you stay for over two hours without supplying your reg number you will be fined £100 for rouge traders Parking eye. They employ Parking eye to run their car park but the say there is nothing they can do to get a ticket cancelled. Very very poor customer service. 0 stars is not possible so 1 star it is

Fairly quiet the few times we have been..
Waited a long time to be served at the bar and then even longer to receive our drinks. Great view of the water but not my favourite casino.. lacks atmosphere

Modern and spacious G casino which is in a somewhat random location for tourists however on good bus routes. Good poker and food. Never would have stumbled across it though randomly but knew I could have a poker tournament there through earlier planning

I enquired about playing a poker tournament and was told they have smart casual dress code...no trainers no jeans no hoodies sports t-shirts no sports branded clothing no tracksuit...tracksuit ok but jeans a polo and jumper isn't allowed???? I have visited many casinos and never came across it
