This is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed. Location is excellent and the rooms are really nice. Also, the hotel staff are brilliant and very helpful and polite! One of the best and I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Cannot fault this hotel. Room had Dock view, very spacious and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Liverpool.

Nice, clean room. Beautiful view of the city at night. Close to everything we wanted to see. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value for the money - would stay there again without hesitation.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was good! The only downside for me was the bed was very soft but overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was situated in an ideal spot for our sightseeing trip

This hotel is in the best area of Liverpool. You get great views from your window for sure. There's a complementary breakfast, which has a good enough selection of food and great tea choices, of course. It's easy to get to anywhere in the city from this area. Very lively and there's loads of restaurants and pubs nearby. Kid friendly too, there's an indoor play center just beside it for little kids.
