Came here a few times for dinner and for the Sunday roast. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Bartender Al is great! Will definitely be back soon.

Great place for food and drink and to watch all sports. Table service is absolutely fantastic and means you can sit down and relax and enjoy the company of your friends.

My last visit here was pretty disappointing. The new menu offers less than the previous, and you now have to pay for fries separately on top of your burger, which adds as much as 33% to the cost of the basic build a burger. They also no longer have the small plates deal.
The food we did have was nice enough, although they forgot our small plates order but didn't admit they had. When it came to paying the bill, the staff were too busy taking selfies at the bar to spot us trying to get their attention. Not good, OK at best.
Final edit, and removal of another star, they have that extremely annoying early 2000's thing of allowing a dodgy guy to sit in the toilets squirting soap into your hands and expecting money. You literally can't even wash your own hands as the soap has been removed. I can wash my own hands, thank you very much.
Original review (This was my 5th time here and I enjoy eating and drinking there every time. The Build a Burger is great and good value and they have various deals on , like 3 small plates for £10 on a Friday. Great range of drinks, good music and sports on the TV if you like that. Friendly and attentive staff round it all off).

Rack and Dollar was okay. Overall, the food was filling but not very tasty, and I disliked the texture of the cheese which was on most items on the menu. In my opinion, this restaurant is quite expensive. This Brisket Philly Cheese Sandwich cost me £8.95 which I personally think is too much. Rack and Dollar has a lounge with pool tables which of course are very fun to use, although it will cost you £6 per hour. The lighting was quite pleasant however the atmosphere was quite eerie due to us being the only customers in there. I would not go to Rack and Dollar again for food however I might try going for a drink because there looks to be a large selection of drinks and cocktails which I think would be great to drink in the lounge area.
