Hated gyms all my life.... Turns out I just hated exercising alone and needed a little community to spur me on!!
Absolutely love the inclusive atmosphere at the box! Always someone on hand to give you encouragement. Plus training as a group you can always be inspired by those elite human machines ahead of you and help out those following your path!

Been coming for about 4 months now and love it more all the time. Friendly people, great coaching and totally inclusive. Whatever your level of fitness is they will be able to help you improve.
