Pizza is as good as pizza hut. I always order veg. Hot not tried the other pizza. Staff are welcoming and not over polite.

Owner told me to go f**k myself for calling to check on the status of my order.

Hi All,

I've never written a negative review in my life. But I just feel like I need to let people know about this restaurant. To be honest the food is quite nice. However, the problem is the level of customer service and delivery time from this particular restaurant.

My wife and I ordered some pizzas from Tasty Pizza around 21:35 through the app. They accepted it and added and extra 5 mins to the delivery time for 22:40. We waited till around 22:45 and gave them a call since the deliver was late. The guy who answered the phone assured me that the driver was en route and will deliver it shortly. Btw, Tasty Pizza is 5 mins away from my house. Again, we waited for another 10mins and called them. They said the driver was a few minutes away. We called again around 23:21 and the guy was really rude asking me why I'm calling. Apparently, I can't call to find out the status of my order which btw contrasts Just Eat's policy to contact the restaurant if the order is late. The guy told me not to call again and to go f**k myself. As I responded in the same kind, he hanged up.

I did call Just Eat to report this. But I called them before I did this to insult them and tell them a piece of my mind. I have to say the way I was treated was rude and unprofessional with poor customer service.

Please think again before ordering from this disgusting place.
