Bad customer service. Always have to wait long time to speak with a banker. Currently waiting 30 minutes and more. This is always when I come it to get into safe box. For this being the main branch very disappointed.

Awful customer service, one teller window open while there were 6 employees doing nothing one was on her cell phone while it looked like a supervisor was chatting with them. No urgency for those of us who have a life

This bank is a joke. I closed my account but Nay Nay the very next day this bank paid bills out of the account. Then charged me a overdraft fee. Then they told me I could only close the account again with a zero balance. I made the deposit and they still REFUSE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. Go to a credit union.
