Dr. Davis operated on my family member and she was extremely satisfied with the results. She looks great. She has already referred several other family members to him. Dr. Davis is extremely professional and has a wonderful bed-side manner. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Davis is fantastic. I loved everyone that I interacted with in his office. Easy, clean and modern office. I was in and out of there on time, got exactly what I wanted ( not too much, not too little) and I've referred friends already. I've searched around for the right office and I finally found it! Thank you Dr. Davis & team!

I highly recommend Dr. Davis and his staff. I am treated regularly by Dr. Davis for Botox and other facial maintenance procedures. He has also operated on two of my family members. He did my sister in law's nose job and she looks great - really natural and pretty. It is exactly what she wanted. He removed a mole from another family member's cheek and the scar is pretty much invisible. Dr. Davis and his entire staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. I am always extremely happy with his service and highly recommend him!

Dr. Davis and his staff are superb! I had a great experience from the moment I stepped into the office. The office is modern and clean. Dr. Davis was very reassuring and took great care of me and my skin. I am very pleased with the results and will be back again.

I am of Italian descent. I have always been self-conscious of my nose - not only for its size but also for a hump. Maybe the hump wasn’t as bad as other people, but I still noticed it.
After spending several weeks researching doctors, I went to meet Dr. Dean G Davis in Tampa. He seemed to be knowledgeable, and so, I agreed to fork over about $7,000 for rhinoplasty surgery.
A few weeks after the bandages came off, I knew immediately that something was wrong. My nose was clearly uneven and crooked. I contacted Dr. Davis about this on several occasions – and he would always downplay my concerns, calling me a “picky patient”. Maybe this wasn’t a big deal to him – but it is to me. This is my face!
In later visits, he would continue to marginalize my concerns. For example, I had a large bump on my nose (most of it is still there actually). He would say “that’s like a millimeter” - as if to say that I’m being petty. Well, I will let you all decide if I am being petty. I am going to show you several pictures of my nose after surgery.
If you look at the pictures, you will see that my nose looks uneven and twisted. My nose before surgery was larger – but at least it was even. I traded a big nose for a crooked one. And that trade cost me nearly $7,000!
I will refrain from giving any more of my opinion of Dr. Dean Davis. Instead, I will show you all of the pictures of what he did to me, and I will let you decide if he did it right, or if he butchered the job.
