Tower is always so professional and prompt when receiving patients during their appointment. The office at this location is always clean, waiting room now has lockers to store your personal items and I always feel confident with my Mammography Technicians. Great establishment.

This center is easy to get to if you sneak in via San Rafael rather than via Lois (which involves very long traffic lights). There is ample parking. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and the mammographer is competent and pleasant. I've used other radiology sites, but the Lois site is by far superior.

I was able to make an appointment relatively fast. When my appt day came, I did not have to wait long to be seen. The staff was nice and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this office.

Terrible service I had appointment at 10.30am but had to wait another EXTRA hour even if waiting room was EMPTY. I had no Food since yesterday and Felt like I will pass out. They did not care about anything and not even apologized they said YES you will have to wait another Hour or longer for your appointment, Receptionist did not care just kept loughing. So Frustrating!!!!

Absolutely horrendous appointment scheduling process. You can submit a request online but if you miss their return call you're back at square one. What's square one? Calling their reservation number to be put on hold to 10+ minutes each time and then when you finally get someone, they say "I'm going to have someone in my central appointment center give you call back within 24 hours." THATS WHY I STAYED ON HOLD. Why does someone have to call me back again?? That happened 3 times! Not even worth the hassle. Make your appointment somewhere where they value the time of their incoming patients.
