The problem in this office starts with the manager Jesus. No wonder why the staff act the way they do towards the patients. They have no respect for patients

Quite frankly the single WORST medical provider in Tampa. After going unmedicated for 6 days, they demanded I apologize to them for their unprofessional and quite frankly negligent practices. They exploit patients with a medical need, I have never waited less than 40 minutes at this location despite having agoraphobia. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere, DO SO. DON'T HESITATE.

It is so unfortunate that such good doctors work here because the majority of non medical staff are so unprofessional, the scheduling department is awful they are quick to charge you if your child miss an appointment but they will cancel an appointment not call you to let you know have you show up the day off and tell you the appointment was cancel by the patient , then refer you to a supervisor who will not speak with you have you wait forever to tell you he will call you back. Like I said the dr is really good with children but this place is ridiculously unprofessional. No regards for other people's time or even the patients. And let me not forget how rude this front desk woman was once to a patient who obviously has a severe mental illness and his family in front of everyone there which I find disturbing considering the type of service offered here . In a way I am glad I'm not the only one giving them a bad review because I hope it gets someone's attention and they do something about this situation since getting their attention at the office is nearly impossible

Doctors are very nice however my appt was at 2:45. Waited 25 min passed the schedule time then waited another 50 min for my prescription hard copy. Still waiting even though i already paid.

The office staff is horrendous. Very indiscreet about yelling patients full names in the waiting room; on several occasions obviously perplexed at how to operate the phone; and on at least one occasion, they simply didn't check me in and I ended up being seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and 75 minutes after I arrived.
If you like being treated with a shred of dignity, being billed in a reasonable amount of time, and paying a fair price for good service -- this is not the place for you.
Also, their billing department spells psychotherapy as "psychotherapay."
