I've never had a bad sandwich or had to wait long in Tampa the Orlando store I've waited up to an hour but still the sandwiches are worth the wait

I ordered the all American sandwhich and it’s the most delicious sandwhich I have EVER tasted. All of the ingredients and the fact that it comes warm is great, I just ordered but I might order another one ;) definitely coming back!

An absolutely disgraceful representation of this chain. Franchised or not. The general manager of this establishment needs demoted, sent to hospitality courses, and then quickly fired. Hospitality courses not to better serve The Earl of Sandwich, but as a general deed of good karma for her next poorly executed attempt at holding any sort of public service position. Which I would advise against her ever being allowed to meagerly attempt again. She is brash, hostile and her problem solving skills are entry level fry cook on a good day. To say she's a general manager is laughable, because she literally accused myself a customer of being at fault for ordering an item off of a menu that was available from their very own corporate interest. Then had the audacity to throw my food at my girlfriend when she went to retrieve the brick solid cookies and half portions of the other fare. I have filed formal complaints with corporate. Not the corporate office she gave me now mind you. The real corporate field of operations, and policy enforcement. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the health department. This location is definitely not Sparkle test ready
